Jio fiber postpaid Charging in 10days for next billing after paying your bill- Beware of Postpaid plans
Recenty i bought Jio fiber postpaid plan for 999+ packs for 3 months after 3 months i changed the plan to 499+ and paid the bill for upcomming days ( But they say its postpaid anyway upto their knowledge ) After paying the bill within 5 days i am getting notification to pay the bill again 499+ in next 5 day otherwise your connection will be disconnected.
Reall i dont know how much time i need to pay in a month for this postpaid plan. When asking customer care they say, you pay this amount we will adjust this amount in the next month , Its Totally cheating customers before giving connection your service providers did not explained anyting about this .
